One-Pot Pizza Pasta

A quick and easy one-pot pasta recipe with pizza flavors. Perfect for a weeknight meal!

  • 1 pound Pasta (any short shape)
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation Steps

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain pasta, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • Return pasta to the pot. Stir in pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  • Add a little pasta water if needed to create a saucy consistency.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Feel free to add other pizza toppings like mushrooms, onions, or bell peppers.
