One-Pot Taco Pasta

This delicious and easy-to-make One-Pot Taco Pasta is a perfect weeknight meal, combining the flavors of a taco with the comforting appeal of pasta.

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef lean
  • 1 oz taco seasoning packet
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  • Add taco seasoning and stir to coat the beef.
  • Pour in the beef broth, salsa, and pasta shells. Stir to combine.
  • Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
  • Stir in half of the cheese until melted, then top with remaining cheese before serving.

Notes

Customize by adding your favorite taco toppings like sour cream, guacamole, or jalapenos.
