Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
Add taco seasoning and stir to coat the beef.
Pour in the beef broth, salsa, and pasta shells. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
Stir in half of the cheese until melted, then top with remaining cheese before serving.
