Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized.
Add bratwurst sausages and beer to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until sausages are cooked through.
