Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and trim the asparagus spears, removing the tough ends.
In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Optional: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
