Oven Roasted Pork Tenderloin

  • 1.5 lbs Pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
  • Place the pork tenderloin in a roasting pan.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
