Crispy oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with herbs and spices. A simple and delicious side dish.

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
