This Parmesan Chicken recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make dish, perfect for a weeknight meal. Crispy chicken cutlets are coated in a flavorful Parmesan crust and baked to golden perfection.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Pound chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness.
In a shallow dish, whisk eggs. In another dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a third dish, place flour.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the Parmesan mixture.
