Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

Juicy pork chops coated in a crispy parmesan crust. A quick and easy weeknight dinner!

  • 4 pieces pork chops
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each pork chop in melted butter, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  • Place pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
