Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow dish, combine panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each pork chop in melted butter, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Place pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
