Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Notes
Serve immediately as a side dish.
