Parmesan-Roasted Potatoes

Crispy roasted potatoes tossed with Parmesan cheese and herbs. A simple and delicious side dish!

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Notes

Serve immediately as a side dish.
