Payday Truffles

These delicious Payday Truffles are a no-bake dessert that tastes just like the candy bar! Creamy peanut butter and toffee bits are mixed together, coated in chocolate, and sprinkled with peanuts. A perfect sweet treat!

  • 0.5 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 3 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Toffee bits
  • 12 oz Chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup Chopped peanuts

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
  • Stir in the toffee bits.
  • Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler.
  • Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Place it back on the parchment paper.
  • Immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

Notes

Store the truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
