Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the diced peaches.
Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the muffins.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
