Peaches Cream Cheese Loaf

A delicious and easy-to-make peach cream cheese loaf, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups peaches peeled and sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Fold in the sliced peaches.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
