Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta and half of the pepperoni.
Pour pasta mixture into a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, and the remaining pepperoni.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot and enjoy! Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
