Provolone cheese

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Return the steak to the skillet and top with provolone cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Place two slices of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet. Top with the steak and cheese mixture, then top with the remaining bread, butter-side up.
Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with your favorite sides, such as fries or a side salad.
