  • 20 oz pineapple chunks drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup melted butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Stir in the drained pineapple and cheese. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, mix together the crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the pineapple mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

Notes

For an extra crunch, add chopped pecans to the cracker topping.
