Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Stir in the drained pineapple and cheese. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In another bowl, mix together the crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the pineapple mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
Notes
