Pineapple Glazed Poke Cake

A moist and delicious poke cake with a sweet pineapple glaze. Perfect for potlucks and parties!

Ingredients
  

Cake

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix plus ingredients called for on the box
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 8 oz Crushed Pineapple drained

Glaze

  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare cake according to package directions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes all over the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk and crushed pineapple over the cake, making sure to get it into the holes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over the cake.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Optional: Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries before serving.
