Pineapple Glazed Poke Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix plus ingredients called for on the box
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 8 oz Crushed Pineapple drained
Glaze
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Preparation Steps
- Prepare cake according to package directions and bake in a 9x13 inch pan.
- Let cool for 10 minutes. Poke holes all over the cake using the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk and crushed pineapple over the cake, making sure to get it into the holes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over the cake.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Optional: Top with whipped cream and maraschino cherries before serving.
