Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in pistachios and white chocolate chips.
Press dough evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
