pumpkin pie smoothie

Healthy and delicious pumpkin pie smoothie packed with protein, perfect for breakfast or a post-workout treat.

  • 0.5 cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 large banana
  • 6 ice cubes ice cubes
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp agave nectar or honey, add more if you like it sweeter
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • nutmeg and whipped cream optional garnish

Preparation Steps

  • In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, banana, ice cubes, vanilla yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, agave nectar, and milk. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and a pinch of nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!
