Preparation Steps
In the microwave, melt chocolate wafers and chopped Andes mint candy together, heating for 1 minute, then stirring; continue melting in 30-second intervals until smooth, about 2 minutes total.
Combine the Rice Chex cereal with the melted chocolate mixture in a large bowl, folding carefully with a wooden spoon until all the cereal is evenly coated.
Place the powdered sugar into a large gallon-sized Ziploc bag. Spoon in the chocolate-coated cereal, seal the bag, and shake vigorously until the cereal pieces are fully coated with powdered sugar.
Pour the coated cereal onto wax paper and allow chocolate to set for about 20 minutes. Once set, mix in the Mint M&M candies. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
