Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in a pie dish.
In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cheese and bacon.
Pour mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Let cool slightly before serving.
