This easy Ranch Chicken Crock Pot recipe is perfect for a weeknight meal. Tender chicken breasts are cooked in a creamy ranch sauce until they are fall-apart delicious. Serve it over rice, pasta, or with your favorite sides!

Preparation Steps
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry ranch dressing mix over the chicken.
Pour in the water.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
About 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the cream cheese to the slow cooker.
Stir the cream cheese into the sauce until it is melted and creamy. Shred the chicken with two forks.
Serve over rice, pasta, or with your favorite sides.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. You can also add vegetables to the slow cooker, like chopped bell peppers or onions.
