  • 0.5 teaspoon dried chives
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon finely cracked black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice adjust to taste, about 1 to 3 teaspoons

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
  • Add the dried dill weed, parsley, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
