Ranch Potatoes Recipe

Crispy roasted potatoes tossed in a creamy ranch seasoning. A simple and delicious side dish!

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch dressing, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
  • Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of dried herbs like rosemary or thyme.
