Raspberry White Chocolate Blondies

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
  • Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store blondies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
