Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.
Add vanilla extract and eggs, mixing well after each addition.
Gradually add flour, mixing until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips and raspberries.
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool in the pan before slicing into squares.
Notes
Store blondies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
