Ravioli Lasagna

This Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna is an easy and delicious meal perfect for busy weeknights! Layers of cheese, ravioli, and sauce cook to perfection in your slow cooker.

  • 24 oz Cheese Ravioli
  • 24 oz Jarred Marinara Sauce
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
  • Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
  • Top with ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  • Pour half of the remaining marinara sauce over the cheese.
  • Repeat the layers: ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
