Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Add in the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Mix until well combined.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely, then crumble it into a bowl.
Mix in softened cream cheese until a dough-like mixture forms.
Roll the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
Melt the chocolate chips and dip each truffle into the chocolate to coat.
Refrigerate until the chocolate shell is set.
