Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Pie

A no-bake dessert replicating the iconic Reese's Peanut Butter Cup, with layers of chocolate and peanut butter. Easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.33 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1.25 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 0.5 cup Butter, salted

Chocolate Layer

  • 2.5 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1.5 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Preparation

  • Line the bottom of a 9-inch tart pan with parchment paper.
  • In a heat-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil. Microwave for 45-55 seconds, stirring until smooth.
  • Spoon half the melted chocolate into the tart pan. Spread evenly and up the sides. Chill.
  • Whisk powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
  • In a separate bowl, heat peanut butter and butter in the microwave for 45 seconds, stirring to combine.
  • Pour peanut butter mixture into the powdered sugar mixture, stirring to incorporate.
  • Remove chilled tart pan and spread peanut butter mixture into the pan.
  • Pour remaining chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading evenly.
  • Tap the pan gently, then chill for at least 4 hours.
  • To serve, remove the pie from the tart pan and serve.
