Reuben Bake Recipe

A delicious and easy Reuben bake, perfect for a party or potluck. Layers of rye bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese baked to golden perfection.

  • 1 loaf Rye Bread sliced
  • 2 lb Corned Beef thinly sliced
  • 1 lb Sauerkraut drained
  • 1 lb Swiss Cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut rye bread into cubes and spread half of it in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Layer half of the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese over the bread.
  • Repeat layers with remaining bread, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
  • Pour Thousand Island dressing over the top.
  • Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
