Ribeye Kabobs

Delicious and flavorful ribeye kabobs marinated in a savory blend of herbs and spices, grilled to perfection.

  • 1.5 lb Ribeye steak Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large Red onion Cut into wedges
  • 1 large Green bell pepper Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Add the ribeye cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Thread the marinated steak, red onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
