Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add the ribeye cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Thread the marinated steak, red onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
