Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and trim asparagus. Chop carrots into 1-inch pieces.
Toss asparagus and carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Notes
