Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tomatoes have burst and softened.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
Toss cooked pasta with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Add a little pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
