Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook sausage until browned, then drain excess grease.
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cheese, cooked sausage, eggs, and milk. Mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
Notes
Serve warm. Can be made ahead and baked the next morning.
