Sausage Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy sausage breakfast casserole, perfect for brunch or a weekend breakfast. This recipe is packed with flavor and is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 6 cups Bread Cubes
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook sausage until browned, then drain excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, cheese, cooked sausage, eggs, and milk. Mix well.
  • Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.

Notes

Serve warm. Can be made ahead and baked the next morning.
