Sausage Hash Brown Casserole

  • 1 pound Sausage Bulk, browned and drained
  • 32 ounce Frozen Hash Browns Shredded, thawed
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs Large
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine the browned sausage, hash browns, 1 cup of cheese, onion, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and the eggs are set.
  • Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
