Sausage Hashbrown Bites

Crispy sausage and hashbrown bites, perfect for breakfast or a snack. Easy to make and delicious!

  • 1 lb Breakfast Sausage
  • 2 cups Frozen Hash Browns thawed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 egg Egg

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brown sausage in a skillet, then drain off excess grease.
  • Combine sausage, hashbrowns, cheese, onion, and egg in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Form mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
