Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown sausage in a skillet, then drain off excess grease.
Combine sausage, hashbrowns, cheese, onion, and egg in a bowl. Mix well.
Form mixture into small bite-sized balls.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
