Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
Fold in the crumbled sausage.
Spoon the batter into the muffin liners, filling them halfway.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Notes
Try serving with maple syrup for extra sweetness.
