  • 0.5 cup cooked sausage crumbled

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  • In a bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
  • Fold in the crumbled sausage.
  • Spoon the batter into the muffin liners, filling them halfway.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Notes

Try serving with maple syrup for extra sweetness.
