Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine sausage meat and bread crumbs.
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles.
Place sausage mixture along one side of each pastry piece and roll up.
Brush tops with egg wash and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Can be served hot or cold. Great for lunchboxes!
