Shark Jello Cups

Make a splash at your next summer party with these cute Shark Jello Cups. Featuring a blue jello ocean, creamy sea foam layer, graham cracker sand, and topped with sour gummy sharks for a fun and festive treat.

Main Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups hot water (divided)
  • 6 oz Berry Blue jello powder 2 (3 oz) boxes or any blue colored jello
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 0.25 oz unflavored gelatin
  • 0.5 cups original coconut water
  • 8 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp coconut extract optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 30 pieces sour shark gummies
  • to taste beach sprinkles

Preparation Steps

  • Line a large baking tray with the two ounce cups.
  • Boil two cups of water. Pour into a heat-safe bowl, add blue jello powder, and stir until dissolved.
  • Mix in two cups of pineapple juice and stir for about two minutes until fully combined.
  • Pour the jello mixture into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
  • Refrigerate the cups on the tray for 1.5 hours until the jello is set.
  • Bring half a cup of water to a boil, add unflavored gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
  • Stir in coconut water, sweetened condensed milk, and optional coconut & vanilla extracts until combined.
  • Pour this creamy mixture on top of the blue jello layers, filling cups to the top.
  • Refrigerate again for 1.5 hours or until fully set.
  • Top each jello cup with graham cracker crumbs, a sour gummy shark, and ocean themed sprinkles before serving.

Notes

These Shark Jello Cups can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
