Preparation Steps
Line a large baking tray with the two ounce cups.
Boil two cups of water. Pour into a heat-safe bowl, add blue jello powder, and stir until dissolved.
Mix in two cups of pineapple juice and stir for about two minutes until fully combined.
Pour the jello mixture into each cup, filling about two-thirds full.
Refrigerate the cups on the tray for 1.5 hours until the jello is set.
Bring half a cup of water to a boil, add unflavored gelatin, and stir until dissolved.
Stir in coconut water, sweetened condensed milk, and optional coconut & vanilla extracts until combined.
Pour this creamy mixture on top of the blue jello layers, filling cups to the top.
Refrigerate again for 1.5 hours or until fully set.
Top each jello cup with graham cracker crumbs, a sour gummy shark, and ocean themed sprinkles before serving.
Notes
These Shark Jello Cups can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
