Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Stir in the bell peppers, spinach, and half of the cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into a greased sheet pan.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
You can substitute the vegetables for whatever you have on hand.
