This sheet pan omelet is a quick and easy recipe, perfect for feeding a crowd at breakfast or brunch.

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk any type
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup spinach fresh
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Stir in the bell peppers, spinach, and half of the cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a greased sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing.

Notes

You can substitute the vegetables for whatever you have on hand.
