  • 1 pound Smoked sausage cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound Frozen pierogies
  • 0.5 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss sausage, pierogies, and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet.
