slow cooker beef bites

Tender and flavorful slow cooker beef bites are perfect for a weeknight meal or party appetizer. These bite-sized pieces of beef are cooked until they're melt-in-your-mouth tender, making them irresistible.

  • 2 pounds Beef chuck, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in batches until browned on all sides. This step adds flavor.
  • Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is very tender.
  • Serve the beef bites hot, with the cooking liquid.
