  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth low sodium
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced

  • In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, and onion soup mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into patties and brown them in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place browned patties in a slow cooker and cover with beef broth and mushrooms.
