Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes
Creamy and comforting slow cooker scalloped potatoes. Easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
Melt butter in a large bowl. Add milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Layer half of the potatoes in the slow cooker. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes. Repeat layers.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
Top with shredded cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or onion powder.
