Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

Creamy and comforting slow cooker scalloped potatoes. Easy to make and perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes.
  • Melt butter in a large bowl. Add milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Layer half of the potatoes in the slow cooker. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes. Repeat layers.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
  • Top with shredded cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or onion powder.
