In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the pork steaks in the mixture, coating both sides.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Sear the pork steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Add the onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add the thyme and rosemary. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Return the pork steaks to the skillet. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
