Instructions
Preparation Steps
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and toss with the meat sauce.
Notes
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and a side salad.
