Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir in chicken broth, tomato sauce, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
