  • 10 oz fresh spinach washed and chopped
  • 1 cup bread crumbs plain
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp pepper to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the chopped spinach, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and beaten eggs until well combined.

  • Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix again.

  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
