Sriracha Spring Rolls

Delicious and spicy, these Sriracha Spring Rolls are perfect for a fresh appetizer or a light meal.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Rice paper wrappers 8-9 inches in diameter
  • 1 cup Cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Shredded carrot
  • 1 cup Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 0.25 cup Sriracha sauce for dipping

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Soak the rice paper wrappers one at a time in warm water until they are pliable, about 30 seconds.
  • Place a few shrimp, carrot, cucumber, and cilantro in the center of the soaked wrapper.
  • Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  • Serve immediately with Sriracha sauce on the side.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh mint leaves to the filling before rolling.
