Instructions
Preparation Steps
Soak the rice paper wrappers one at a time in warm water until they are pliable, about 30 seconds.
Place a few shrimp, carrot, cucumber, and cilantro in the center of the soaked wrapper.
Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll it up tightly.
Serve immediately with Sriracha sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh mint leaves to the filling before rolling.
