Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo

  • 1 lb Ribeye Steak
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 oz Gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Sear the steak in a hot pan with butter for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic.
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Slice the steak and serve over the Gorgonzola Alfredo sauce.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a higher-quality Gorgonzola cheese. You can also add a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
