Instructions
Preparation Steps
Season the steak with salt and pepper.
Sear the steak in a hot pan with butter for 3-4 minutes per side.
In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Slice the steak and serve over the Gorgonzola Alfredo sauce.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a higher-quality Gorgonzola cheese. You can also add a sprinkle of fresh parsley before serving.
