Steakhouse Potato Salad Recipe

A creamy and flavorful potato salad perfect for barbecues or potlucks. This recipe features tender potatoes, crisp celery, and a tangy dressing.

  • 2 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Yellow Mustard
  • 2 stalks Celery finely chopped
  • 1 small Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cool.
  • Dice potatoes and combine with mayonnaise, mustard, celery, and red onion.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

For extra flavor, add chopped hard-boiled eggs or bacon.
