Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.

Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake them. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
